General conditions for purchase
To make an online purchase at COMPOSITE Barcelona you must first be registered. To place an order successfully with COMPOSITE Barcelona, you must indicate a billing address and correct delivery address in one of the countries in which we deliver. In case your country is not on the list please contact us at the following address email@example.com. For your order to be approved, the billing address must match the billing address of the credit card. If the address provided containing has a discrepancy, the order will be canceled for safety reasons. Note that you can not change the billing address retroactively. This means that when the order is canceled, it is advisable to perform another. Aside from offering a credit card payment method, we also offer Pay Pal. Our store carefully reviews each order before sending it. Through MY ACCOUNT you can check at any time the current status of your order.
We do everything within our reach to send all orders as soon as possible. See the following table for the period of delivery:
- Peninsular Spain and Portugal: 24/48 hours.
- Spain Islands and Europe: 2-10 days.
- Rest of World: 7-21 days (depends of country of delivery)

If we can not send the items in that interval of time, we will inform you as soon as possible. We can not change any details of the order (product, size, color, address) once it has been sent. Please note that orders can be delivered only to one address. To send an order to different addresses, you must place an order for each address.
You can always keep track of the order in MY ACCOUNT. At any time, 24 hours a day. You can find the tracking number in the order confirmation email you receive shipping as soon as the order is dispatched from the warehouse. Before accepting delivery, inspect the packaging and its contents for any possible damage that may have occurred during shipping. It is normal that the packaging can present any damage, but if the damage is important, please do the following:
- If the damage is minor, accept the package but write a note indicating the damage, sign and date it.

When contacting our Customer Service, please have your order number, item number and tracking number (all this information is included in the confirmation email shipping) with the address email and phone number. All items purchased at the online store COMPOSITE Barcelona can be returned within a maximum period of 14 days of receipt. The state of the returned merchandise must correspond to the normal use for which the goods are passed (as usual when tested in conventional shops), and must present its label and all original packaging as shipped. If you cancel your order, we will reimburse all payments we receive as soon as possible, and in any event no later than 14 days from receipt of the refund request. The direct cost of returning the item(s) will be pay by the customer. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the products. Once the product has arrived at our warehouse and after the returned product(s) has been checked and inspected, you will receive a redemption notice by email. The refund will be issued to the same card or account that was used to place the order. Refunds usually take from 8-10 days before appearing in your statement. The period required for the amount repaid is shown in the extract in its online or by the issuer of the card account.
Return costs and customs charges (if any local taxes) are the responsibility of the customer. If the return costs are greater than the value of the merchandise returned, you will be charged the remaining balance in the same manner as the original payment.
